Command: CL (Configure aLarms). The HSM must be in the Secure state.
Function: To enable or disable the motion alarm and temperature alarm. The HSM alarm circuitry typically need to be turned off if the HSM is to be moved. The alarms should be turned on while the HSM is in service. The alarm settings can optionally be saved to a Smartcard.
